This project was as smooth as they come. Commenced at the beginning of 2021 and completed early December of the same year. 

With no guidance from an architect. We happily worked with the amazing clients through the preliminary stage of cost budgeting, to pursuing permits and beyond to achieve their desired outcome. 

This project consists of Four Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms, Kitchen and Living, Walk in Pantry, Two Powder Rooms, Laundry, Storage, Rumpus, Plant Room, Two Car Garage, and two amazingly large outdoor areas.
