This Architectural Designed build was completed in 2020 and was a pleasure to construct for some lovely clients.

Its clever and striking design was meticulously put together by Charlie Mina from Mina Architects.

Impressively, he’s achieved a very large amount of liveable space on such a compact site, with the dwelling sitting on a plot of land only 195m2 in size.

Charlie was able to achieve a three story dwelling that consists of 4 Bedrooms, Main Kitchen/Living, Second Living, Three Bathrooms, Two Car Garage, Laundry, Storage, Powder Room, Lift and three very comfortable and spacious outdoor decked areas.

We loved the challenge of completing this build in the very heart of Lorne in a tight, high traffic area.
