This project was completed in a different approach as the client undertook the project as an owner builder. Soon after, he reached out to Great Otway Constructions and we were engaged to take on the carpentry component. 

Working in with the client to detail and construct this dwelling, our role as carpenters soon morphed into project managing the build for the client, due to his satisfaction of our capabilities and the trust built between client and builder.

We were set numerous challenges to achieve unique and intricate details envisioned by the client, from a twisted soffit to a pier inspired driveway and beyond. This was a great project to be a part of and it was a pleasure to work with the client.
