Project Completed March 2019.

The existing dwelling was a traditional beach shack consisting of asbestos exterior cladding, very poorly insulated walls and windows, and substantial structural issues.

This extensive renovation consisted of improving the sub-structure and foundations to the existing dwelling, and completely rebuilding from the floor level up. We also added a two story addition at the rear along with a detached Studio/Study.

This architecturally designed project was guided by the clients desire to achieve the concept of a traditional beach home once again.

The outcome of this build consisted of 5 bedrooms, Kitchen and Living, 3 Bathrooms, Laundry and a detached Studio/Study. 

It was a pleasure to work with the clients directly on this project and had great satisfaction seeing the client’s joyful response at each site meeting while the build evolved.
