A new build of a two story split level architecturally designed dwelling that’s perched on a hill, built from a steel portal frame and in filled with timber framing.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room on the ground level. The first floor has the master bedroom and ensuite, with an open plan living, kitchen and dining. Cladded in pure zincalume standing seam with commercial section windows throughout.
