A renovation to the existing ground level of the two story split level dwelling consisting of a complete rebuild. We propped the roof structure and pulled everything out from underneath it. This was due to previous non-compliant workmanship.

New footings and frames were instated and tied into the existing roof structure, which improved the structural integrity of the roof. We completely re-clad with semi-commercial windows, while changing the whole floor layout to achieve an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a WIP, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom.
